Now this deck is more of a joke deck than anything, but its not too bad. Can be pretty nasty lol

2 Necrovalley - Graveyard lock, how annoying XD
1 Royal Tribute - This card's nasty if you can pull it off first turn, best result is if you can Pend everything, then use it
2 Ninja grandmaster Hanzo - This ninja can become avian, prime material, or Dark simorgh your choice
1 Ninjitsu art of transformation - The card that lets Hanzo do its magic
2 Mist Valley Apex Avian - Annoying bird
1 Reinforcement of the Army - Search Hanzo
2 Terraforming
3 U.A Mighty slugger - Multiple of this guy and the U.A powered jersey on the field can pretty much guarantee you clear all of your opponents monsters unless it gets Compulsed LOL
2 U.A Blockbacker - Trade in your sluggers for this defender, and get back your jersey when you done attacking with slugger, also keeps opponent special summon in check
2 U.A Dreadnought Dunker - This guy alone creates OTKs if you got the jersey. His destroy a card effect when you inflict battle damage is not bad either
1 U.A Perfect Ace - He's a solid U.A so I put 1 of him, helps Avian out
3 U.A Powered Jersey - OP card, Read it and weep
1 Odd-eyes fusion - Get the Odd eyes vortex dragon for negation if you feel you getting swarmed. Use the Odd-eyes material in your extra as material
1 Raigeki
3 Performapal Skullcrobat Joker - Searches your magician scales in case they get popped since no Sky Iris engine here.
2 Dark Simorgh - No traps from your opponent if you get him out 1st turn, also good material for that virus
1 Eradicator Epidemic Virus - That card's nasty lol

Cards you can consider

Anti-spell fragrance - Works extremely well with Dark simorgh, I might just swap 1 slugger for this card XD
Oafdragon magician - Simply because it can help balance with Dragonpulse magician the low end scale. It can also pick back up a magician you may have discarded to activate the magician scales effect. May swap a joker for that.

This is solid, but you should add a sky iris in their. That'd make it perfect.
